Plants vs. Flowers

Peejay and I have been brainstorming on the centerpieces that we want for the wedding. Initially, I didn't want flowers but was convinced to get minimal ones. But I'm leaning towards getting plants on a pot or wood box. What do you think? (Note: These pictures were grabbed from the internet)
